~ The Kabbalah ~
New offering: The Kabbalah. For the first time Frank presents some of the
wisdom jewels that are part of this very rich and ancient tradition. Besides interesting
information we will be practicing each evening a number of intriguing meditations, some of
them sound oriented. There will seven Wednesday evenings, the first one on March 14th and the
last one on April 25th. The evenings are from 6pm-8.30pm. From 7pm-7.30pm a potluck snack break
will be organized. Price for the whole series: $195. Scholarships available.
~ Guided Meditation ~
Guided meditation: On Wednesday and Friday from 8-8:45a.m. whenever Frank
is in town. No charge. Donations accepted.
The meditation is silent and Frank offers spontaneous and inspired guidance.
This guidance is recorded and transcribed and can be obtained on a regular basis
through email by request.

In the Spring of 2012 there will be a
Shamanic Healing Class (with the assistance of Michael Iannantuano) consisting of 3 evenings from 6pm-9pm: Thursday March 1st,
Tuesday March 20th (Spring Equinox) and Thursday April 12th. Price: $150 ($135 for retakers) (9CE’s). A $50 deposit guarantees you a spot in the class. Please note that the March 20th evening (Spring Equinox) will be open for everyone to attend.
Exploring the essence of shamanism including use of voice, drumming, journeying. In the tradition where shamanic wisdom is awakened through direct and intimate transmission between teacher and student Frank intends to pass on what he has absorbed on his shamanic path of 30+ years.

Private Sessions: Frank does Reiki, Counseling, Shamanic and Massage Sessions and combines some of these modalities. The price is $90 for an hour and 20 minutes. For people with financial difficulties sliding scale is open for negotiation. Frank is teaching abroad from Dec 14-Feb 15 and May 15-July 15.

Drop-in Class: Awakening through A Course in Miracles on Mondays from 6pm-7.30pm: February 27, March 12, March 26, April 9, April 23 and May 7. Suggested donation: $10-$20. Lower contributions are fine too.

Retreats with Frank and Kathy in Belgium: Every year we offer residential retreats in a macrobiotic center off the beaten track in the woods in the deep south of Belgium, close to the famous abbey of Orval.

These classes are in Dutch and English with translation by Frank whenever needed.

Kathy and I are very excited about this retreat.
We have been wanting to hold again a longer workshop in the US and bring some of our American and European students together. As synchronicity would have it we were invited at the last Northwest Reiki Gathering in Breitenbush Hot Springs by Phyllis Furumoto, lineage bearer of Usui Shiki Ryoho, to come and teach at the Kenyon Ranch
(www.kenyonranch.com).
This place is very beautiful and sits above the Santa Cruz River Valley looking toward the Santa Rita Mountains. It is also in the process of becoming the physical center for The Reiki Home Project (www.reikihome.org) – a vision we are supportive of. It will be a place in which the earth will benefit from our practice of Reiki and regenerative development. The weather in November should be very pleasant.
Most of you are familiar with the heartfelt work Kathy and I have been developing over the years through your participation. Please know that newcomers are always welcome. There is a requirement for this workshop to already have been initiated into Reiki. A special feature of our retreat will also be that we will able to do our Reiki practice in the presence of Phyllis
Furumoto who will be working there at the same time with some of her students.
